Introducing a new feature in the Expression Support Module!
We have enhanced the Statement Support Module to allow statements to be sent to applicants directly from the Geoportal application.
We have improved the Statement Module, which helps technical infrastructure administrators efficiently manage requests for statements regarding the existence of networks. The module now allows you to send statements to applicants directly from the application!
What does the Expression Support Module offer?
- A clear overview of all requests in a table
- Location of the area of interest in the application on the map
- Automatic import of requests from MawisUtility
- Option to add custom requests
- Record of the Status of Application Processing
- Viewing and downloading attachments
Update: Sending a response to the applicant
The administrator can now upload a response document to the request and send it to the applicant with a single click. After clicking the "Send Response" button, the system automatically:
- It will send the applicant an email with a link to download the document
- Mark the request in the system as "Sent"
