How does it work?
The entire turnkey quotation process consists of 6 steps:
1. Quote
Pricing varies depending on the scope of work. To provide an accurate quote, we need to know the geographical scope of the project and the reason for the application. You can find the full questionnaire at the bottom of the page.
2. Developer's Information
Next, we will provide the developer’s and investor’s details, a project description, the type of structure, and the scope of the designated area in the form of a CAD drawing or a map annotation.
3. List of Administrators
Based on the information provided, we will compile a list of technical infrastructure managers for the given area, including communication with the relevant building authority.
4. Submitting Applications
Our staff will prepare requests for comments and ensure they are sent to all relevant data controllers. We send these requests by any means necessary—via data box, mail, or email.
5. Obtaining a statement
We actively communicate with each network operator and ensure that we collect all statements regarding the existence of networks. If the operators allow it, we will request digital data for their networks in the relevant area in DGN or DWG format.
6. Final Report
Once the process is complete, we will provide you with all the documentation and prepare a comprehensive report summarizing the statements from all relevant local IT administrators. The report includes statement numbers, validity periods, contact information for further communication, and any relevant digital data.
