Advanced contract creation logic
It supports the use of contract templates based on specified rules and conditions, including their completion by authorized parties. It automatically populates the text based on the type of entity or tax liability and calculates reimbursement amounts using predefined formulas.
Recording multiple buildings at once
You can easily create and track all your construction projects. The app allows you to reuse a set of templates—including a contract with built-in logic, a contract attachment, and a proposal for registration in the land registry—for one construction project after another.
Integration with the Land Registry
It provides access to cadastral data on parcels and owners from the GP VBř database. It supports the editing of records for easements, title deeds, owners, and contracts. A key advantage is the ability to compare this data with the current status of parcels in the RÚIAN system.
Obtaining information from geometric plans
The application allows you to import data directly from a table of lengths and areas. It can use this information to update existing easement data. In addition, it can automatically extract data from the electronic signatures in GP VBř PDF files.
Generating contracts and documents
Based on the input data provided, the application generates contracts with attachments and makes them available for download in Word format. Users can edit the resulting documents. If an error is found, the generation process can be repeated as many times as necessary.
Preparation of proposals for registration in the land registry
ContractSupport is connected via remote access to the ČÚZK application “Application for Registration of a Right in the Real Estate Cadastre.” With a single click, it electronically transfers data from contracts to the application form for registration in the Real Estate Cadastre.
