The MAWIS Portal and Geomatics Tools

We are launching the new MAWIS library of geomatics tools.

The first available feature is the search for relevant land parcels in the Real Estate Cadastre from RÚIAN.

The data in the DGN/DWG drawing is overlaid onto the real estate cadastre, allowing you to quickly and efficiently obtain information about the affected parcels as well as neighboring ones. The output includes the geometries of the affected parcels and information about the land, buildings, or units, including a link to the ČÚZK’s “Viewing the Land Registry” application to obtain information about the owners.

Functions within the Search for Relevant Cadastral Parcels from RÚIAN:

• Identifying the relevant parcels based on the project's exact geometry – uploading DGN/DWG drawings;
• Easy analysis of buffer zones – option to define the envelope zone of objects (geometries);
• Search for adjacent parcels – an optional feature of the application;
• The output consists of the geometries of the affected and adjacent parcels in DGN/DWG/SHP format;
• All information about the affected parcels is available in a single table (parcel number, area, land use, numbering system, land category, link to the Land Registry);
• The table also includes calculations of the lengths and areas of the intersections between the input geometry and the cadastral parcels.
