Introducing the new Expression Support module!
We have enhanced the Comment Support module to allow you to send comments to the applicant directly from the Geoportal application.
We’ve improved the Expression Support module, which is used by technical infrastructure managers to efficiently manage requests for comments on the existence of networks. The module now allows you to send a representation to the applicant directly from the app!
What does the Expression Support Module offer?
- Clear display of all applications in a table
- Drawing of the area of interest of the application on a map
- Automatic import of applications from MawisUtility
- Possibility to add your own applications
- Records of the status of processing of applications
- Viewing and downloading attachments
New: Sending a statement to the applicant
The administrator can now upload a statement document to the application and send it to the applicant with one click. When you press the “Submit Statement” button, the system automatically:
- Sends the applicant an email with a link to download the document
- Marks the request in the register as Sent
