The Excel list of parcels (XSLX), which is generated by the "Search for Affected Parcels" or "Search for Affected Land Blocks" tools, will be populated with a list of current owners from the real estate cadastre using the Web Service for Remote Access (WSDP). WSDP data are online services provided by the Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre (ČÚZK) that show the current status of the real estate cadastre.

This tool allows you to verify the validity of the input Excel list of parcels generated by the "Search for Affected Parcels" or "Search for Affected Land Blocks" tools. It updates the data with new information from the real estate cadastre.

Adds a new block to the Excel file from the Online Land Registry Service (WSDP) containing a list of owners: owner’s name, share, address, and type of right.

It notifies WSDP account holders via email of the amount spent (the fee that ČÚZK will charge).

Inputs – what they should look like

  • Input XLSX file – contains a list of parcels resulting from the “Search for Affected Parcels” or “Search for Affected Land Blocks” tools as of July 1, 2023.
  • WSDP – username – the account name used to access the ČÚZK Web Services for Remote Access (WSDP). For more information, see: ČÚZK – Web Services for Remote Access (cuzk.cz).
  • WSDP – password – the password for the account listed above.
  • Verification of the number of parcels (1 parcel = 10 CZK) = number of rows in Excel – used to verify the number of parcels; it also serves as a check on the final price you will pay to ČÚZK for using the WSDP.
