Clarification of the territorial jurisdiction of SŽDC
In April 2016, the territorial jurisdiction of the state agency Railway Infrastructure Administration (SŽDC) was clarified.
In April 2016, the territorial jurisdiction of the state organization Railway Infrastructure Administration (SŽDC) was refined. When an application is submitted via the MawisUtility service, the system automatically determines whether SŽDC is the relevant entity or not. The clarification now mirrors the railway protection zone while also taking into account the location of certain networks managed by SŽDC that branch off from the railway right-of-way.
