Revisions to the exchange format for land acquisition documents

Last year, on September 19, the Czech Road and Motorway Directorate and the Railway Administration held a workshop.

On September 19 of last year, the Czech Road and Motorway Directorate, in collaboration with the Railway Administration, organized a workshop. The purpose was to bring together and facilitate the exchange of experiences among land acquisition report preparers (hereinafter “ZEs”), suppliers of ZE software solutions, and the guarantors of the C3 and MP013 regulations for ZE preparation, including the creators of the technical standard for the exchange format of land acquisition reports (VFZE) from HRDLIČKA spol. s r.o. and GMtech s.r.o. Our company was represented by the Director of Development, Mr. Jan Jiránek, and GMtech s.r.o. was represented by Mr. Tomáš Bonacina.

The workshop provided an opportunity for renewable energy consumers and processors to discuss the challenges that arise during processing, learn about technical improvements in the directive, and, last but not least, share their experiences in developing the VFZE exchange format with clear feedback to investors.

This year, we followed up on the results of this workshop by working for the Road and Motorway Directorate (ŘSD), represented by Mr. K. Alferi, and in collaboration with Based on additional requirements that, in agreement with SŽ, could be incorporated into the exchange format, we prepared a new version of VFZE 1.2. Software developers will learn about further required changes first in the new version of the upcoming C3 directive and subsequently in MP013.

Following the success of last year’s event, a similar gathering will be held this year as well, this time under the auspices of the Railway Administration and with the participation of the Road and Motorway Directorate. The event will take place on October 12 in the Masaryk Lounge at the Prague-Dejvice train station.
