Local Road Inventory for Your Municipality
We can help you create and update a local road inventory that lists all roads, paths, bridges, and other elements defined by Decree No. 104/1997 Coll.
As part of their independent authority, municipalities are required to maintain a register of local roads. The minimum scope of the register is based on Decree No. 104/1997 Coll., according to which the register must contain at least:
- a list of the lengths of local roads in Classes I–III,
- the number and total length of bridges,
- the amount of funds spent on their construction and maintenance.
A well-prepared road inventory provides:
- A detailed overview of roads, including their technical condition and surface types
- Records organized by type, class, and status, including the display of numerical codes, lengths, and areas
- Easy planning of repairs and investments based on actual data and priorities
- Basis for Property Settlement
- Effective management and maintenance of roads (e.g., winter maintenance)
- High-quality and up-to-date supporting documents for grant applications (e.g., IROP, SFDI)

- Preparation of complete property survey documentation in accordance with the law and your requirements,
