MawisUtility - We will reward the person who submits the one-millionth request

Through the MawisUtility service, which has been operated by HRDLIČKA since 2009, the one-millionth request for confirmation of the existence of networks is expected to be submitted to technical infrastructure entities this fall.

We will contact the customer who submits this one-millionth request to a technical infrastructure provider while using the MawisUtility service through our customer service center and reward them with a voucher worth 10,000 CZK for a relaxing getaway of their choice.

“As of the end of May 2017, the current number of applications submitted stands at 931,000, with over 20,000 applications submitted each month, depending on the season. According to our estimate, the milestone application could therefore be sent between August and October, and applicants’ chances of receiving a voucher thus increase during this period,” adds Jana Jelínková, head of the customer service center.

The MawisUtility service is available to users who have registered for the service through the customer service center, as well as to users who access the service through the portals of cities, municipalities, and regions participating in the service and providing it free of charge to their residents (on their websites). MawisUtility is growing in popularity, and the number of requests submitted increases every year. HRDLIČKA is currently working on a redesign of the MawisUtility app to better meet the current needs and expectations of its users.

Contest Rules:

– Any MawisUtility user who submits a request for confirmation of the existence of networks through this web application will be entered into the contest.
– The user who submits the one-millionth request for confirmation of the existence of networks will win the prize.
– The contest runs from July 1, 2017, to October 31, 2017. If the one-millionth request is submitted through the service before October, the contest will end early.
– The winner will receive a voucher worth 10,000 CZK for a relaxation stay of their choice within the OREA Hotels & Resorts network.
– Our customer service center will contact the winner, and we will publish the contest results on our websites www.mawis.eu and www.hrdlicka.cz, as well as on Facebook.
