Quickly. MawisReport simplifies, speeds up, and automates the builder’s obligation to assess the local conditions before starting a project and ensure that the project does not conflict with any existing or planned technical infrastructure. To obtain a building
permit, a developer must provide proof of consent to their project from all existing owners of technical infrastructure in the given area. Owners are required to provide such consent, but it is not easy to determine who to contact. That is why we have created a Registry of Technical Infrastructure Entities, which includes their territorial jurisdiction and current contact information for the persons responsible for providing statements regarding the existence of networks.
Enter your area of interest into the Central Application Submission System, and the service will provide you with a list of locally relevant owners and managers and generate the necessary requests for confirmation of the existence of utility networks.
The network status indicator offers a wide range of features you'll appreciate:
Providing information about the applicant or the project investor
Plotting the project area in the map window

Verifying information and generating PDF applications
Applications will be sent directly via the web interface to entities that have enabled electronic receipt. Applications must be submitted to the remaining entities manually (by email or in person).
