MawisTools
Searching for floor blocks

We will map the data in the DGN/DWG/SHP drawing onto the real estate cadastre from RÚIAN. We generate the relevant parcels and then locate the corresponding land blocks from the LPIS registry. The output contains data on the relevant parcels, including information on the affected land blocks.

The tool projects DGN/DWG/SHP inputs onto the real estate cadastre and retrieves the land blocks associated with the relevant parcels from the public land register—LPIS. The output consists of Excel files containing data on the relevant parcels and LPIS land blocks, including information about their users. At the same time, it generates DGN drawings of the relevant parcels and land blocks, including their geometries.

The Land Parcel Search tool is designed for professionals in the agriculture and real estate sectors, as well as for designers, to assist in the preparation of utility network designs, land acquisition documents, and similar tasks. It is useful during construction engineering, property settlement, and the establishment of easements.

Land registry data from RÚIAN is updated daily. The tool generates a current report.

The data for land parcels from the LPIS registry is updated according to EAGRI. You can select the date.

Input data – what they should look like

The tool processes the entire content of input data in the supported formats DGN V8, DWG, and SHP. Keep only those elements in your drawings for which you want to search the land registry for the relevant parcels and their neighbors. For DGN and DWG drawings, it ignores text and dimension elements.

The area of the input data must not exceed the 10 km² limit.

Output data – what exactly will I get?

Drawings in DGN V8

  • Envelope zone if the user has selected a size greater than 0. An extended area around the elements;
  • Cadastral area containing the geometries of the relevant cadastral areas, including their names and numbers.
  • Tables in Excel

  • The affected parcels, including parcel identifiers, analyses performed on parcels, and land blocks with LPIS users.
  • Report in Text
