By checking the appropriate checkbox, you have voluntarily and knowingly consented to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of commercial communications within the meaning of Section 2(f) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services.
Granting this consent is voluntary and may be revoked by you at any time. You may revoke this consent in writing by sending a notice to the administrator’s registered office: HRDLIČKA spol. s r.o., ID No. 186 01 227, with its registered office at náměstí Kněžny Ludmily 45, Tetín, Postal Code 266 01, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 4062 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”):
The legal basis for the processing is the consent you provide by checking the appropriate checkbox, thereby agreeing to these terms and conditions for the processing of personal data. Personal data is stored securely in electronic form, and the processing is carried out automatically.
The purpose of the processing is direct marketing, and this purpose includes, in particular, the following personal data processing operations:
The Portal contains information about the Services (products), including their prices. Prices are listed inclusive of value-added tax and all related fees. They remain valid for as long as they are displayed on the Portal. The prices shown are final. This provision does not limit the Company’s ability to enter into a purchase agreement with the Customer under individually negotiated terms. Your personal data will be processed for a maximum of 10 years, or until you revoke your consent. Commercial communications via electronic means are therefore sent only if you do not opt out.
Your personal data will be processed to the extent of: title, first and last name, or company name, business ID, tax ID, phone number, and email address.
Your personal data will be processed by the Controller in the manner customary for direct marketing.
Under current applicable law, you have the rights set forth in Articles 12 and 23 of this Regulation, in particular the right to transparency of processing, the right to information and access to data, the right to rectification and erasure of data, the right to restriction of processing, and the right to data portability. Under the aforementioned Regulation, the data subject also has the right to object to processing for direct marketing purposes, including profiling.
The right of access refers to the right to transparent, comprehensible, and easily accessible information regarding the processing of personal data. The identity of the applicant must be verified. All information is provided free of charge, unless the requests are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive. To verify your identity, the controller may ask you to provide additional information.
The right to rectification means the correction of inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete data.
The right to erasure means the right to request the erasure of data if it is no longer necessary for the specified purposes, there is no legal basis for processing, and any consent has been withdrawn; if objections to processing have been raised; or if the data has been processed unlawfully.
The right to restriction of processing refers to the restriction of processing when exercising one of the rights and there is no grounds for erasure. The controller shall communicate the rights to restriction and erasure to recipients, unless this is impossible or would require disproportionate effort on the part of the controller.
The right to data portability means the right to receive the data provided in a commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller, provided that the processing is based on consent or a contract.
The right to object means the right to object to the methods of processing or to the processing itself. If the data subject objects to processing for direct marketing purposes, the personal data will no longer be processed. An objection may be raised against the use of automated means or against profiling.
If you wish to withdraw your consent, have any questions for the controller, or wish to exercise any of the rights mentioned above, you may contact the controller using the contact information provided above. You may also file a complaint with the controller or with the supervisory authority, which in matters of personal data processing is the Office for Personal Data Protection, located at: Pplk.
