Notice Regarding the Right to Cancel the Contract

Consumer Information on the Right to Cancel a Contract and a Sample Form

If the Customer is a consumer, they have the right under Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.

instructs her as follows:

The consumer acknowledges that, as part of the process of purchasing the Company’s (product), they have given their express consent to its performance prior to the expiration of the withdrawal period, as the Company informed them prior to the conclusion of the contract that they would lose the right to withdraw from the contract upon full provision of the service.

A "Customer" means the recipient of a Service provided by the Company, which the Customer obtains from the Company in exchange for monetary consideration.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 1837 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended

The contract cannot be rescinded if the service was performed with the consumer Customer’s express consent before the expiration of the withdrawal period and if, prior to the conclusion of the contract, the Company stated that in such a case the consumer Customer would not have the right to rescind the contract. By consenting to the provision of the service before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the consumer acknowledges this consequence.

  1. Right to Cancel the Contract
    1.1. You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

    1.2. You have the right to withdraw from the service agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the day following the date of conclusion of the agreement, which is the day you received a notification email stating that the order was completed after payment for the service.

    1.3. To exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, you must notify the Company of your withdrawal from this contract by means of a unilateral legal act (for example, by letter sent via a postal service provider or by scanned email to the contact details provided above). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but you are not required to do so. If you use this option, we will send you confirmation of receipt of this notice of withdrawal from the contract immediately.

    1.4. To meet the deadline for withdrawing from this contract, it is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal before the relevant deadline expires.
  2. Consequences of Withdrawal from the Contract
    2.1. If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received your notice of withdrawal, all payments we have received from you in connection with the transaction. We will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction to refund the payments, unless you have expressly specified otherwise. In no event will this result in any additional costs for you.
