MawisTools
Comparison of the Cadastral Register over time

Based on the Excel list of parcels (XSLX), which may be generated by the "Search for Affected Parcels" or "Search for Affected Land Blocks" tools, the system generates DGN drawings and an XLSX list indicating whether there have been any changes in the areas and geometries of parcels in the real estate cadastre since the input list was created. Land registry data is updated daily.

The tool will allow you to verify that the parcels listed are still registered in the land registry.

Check the list of parcels to see if any attributes, such as area, have changed over time.

Update the geometric information for the affected parcels (you can compare it with your original drawings).

Inputs – what they should look like

  • Input XLSX file – two possible formats
  • Simplified format: contains a list of parcels (in the first column: name or cadastral code; in the second column: parcel number); there may also be a third column with the parcel area. The first row of the XLSX file contains the headings listed above, and the tool ignores it.

Task Results: Search for Affected Parcels and Search for Affected Land Blocks

Outcomes – What Will I Actually Get?

  • List of parcels with information on changes in the cadastral register over time.
  • DGN drawing showing the identified parcels and any VB geometries.
  • Report on the analysis performed, including status information.
  • 30-day trial
