MawisUtility: a digital solution for bulk submission of network existence requests

MawisUtility saves time and money for builders, designers, developers and network managers. The application can bulk identify all network managers in a given area and ask them for their comments on the proposed construction at once.

The administrative burden associated with applying for a statement on the existence of utilities is a long-term challenge for builders, designers and developers. For 15 years, the MawisUtility web application, operated by Hrdlička, has delivered an efficient online solution – enabling bulk and transparent online submissions, saving time, money and eliminating errors.

A quick solution for all builders

The MawisUtility application allows you to easily contact all technical infrastructure managers at the planned construction site. The link to the Register of Technical Infrastructure Entities (RSTI) ensures that requests for comments are sent only to the administrators concerned. A process that previously involved several hours of work can now be completed in a matter of minutes – and above all with the certainty that no entity has been forgotten.

Unlike the state’s Builder Portal, which was launched on 1 July 2024 in a limited version without key application functionality, MawisUtility is a fully functional and stable tool that has been supporting the process of digitisation of public administration for more than 15 years.

• Planners and architects – appreciate the possibility to prepare documents including statements on the existence of networks for investors quickly, without duplication of tasks and with the certainty that all relevant administrators are contacted.
• Developers and construction companies – use the application to plan construction projects, prepare pre-project and project documentation and secure statutory approvals for larger construction projects.
• Technical infrastructure managers – receive uniform, clear and complete applications in a structured form, which simplifies and speeds up their processing. MawisUtility also helps to identify unauthorised or incomplete requests.
• Public administration and state institutions – regional authorities and other public authorities can integrate the service as a means of digitising processes in the field of spatial planning and construction management.
