One of these is the requirement to provide proof, during the final inspection, that data has been entered into the Digital Technical Map of the Czech Republic (DTM \u010cR). For many companies and investors, however, this remains an unfamiliar or technically challenging area.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When does this apply to you?\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, you\u2019ll encounter a requirement to enter data into the DTM for every building that has received a final inspection certificate. Typically, these situations include:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Are you finishing a single-family home or a smaller building?\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are carrying out a real estate development project\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are you renovating roads or utility networks?\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do you manage a facility or technical infrastructure?\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8230;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The building authority will require you to provide proof that <strong>the basic surface layout (ZPS)<\/strong> has been entered into the DTM and that <strong>transportation and technical infrastructure (DTI)<\/strong> elements have been recorded in the DTM.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both of these steps can significantly delay the final inspection.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What if the supplier doesn&#x27;t provide it?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Not every supplier has the capacity or technical capabilities to work with the Czech Republic\u2019s Digital Terrain Model (DTM). After the data is uploaded to the system, you will receive:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Receipt Form<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Submission ID (PGAD)<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If your surveyor does not offer this service, we would be happy to provide it. We need a geodetically verified DSPS survey (as-built documentation) as input.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Estimated prices for creating and uploading a GAD:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Starting at 3,000 K\u010d (smaller projects)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>up to approximately 8,000 CZK (larger projects)\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Processing and Submitting DTI Changes: A More Complex Process<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Data cannot simply be uploaded as a file\u2014you must use web services and meet several requirements:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Registration of the Infrastructure Owner in the IS DMVS\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Role settings (owner \u2013 administrator \u2013 operator \u2013 contributor \u2013 editor \u2013 founder)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establishment of a contractual relationship (owner \u00d7 publisher)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conversion of data to the JVF standard format\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Addition of elevation data\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generating buffer zones\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Definition of DTI scopes (= which data groups I manage\u2014based on the JVF DTM data model classification)\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Definition of DTI segments (= delineation of the area where data from a given group occur)\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the submission is successful, you will receive <strong>a Change Identifier (EDTI)<\/strong>, which serves as proof for the authorities.
