{"id":34584,"date":"2026-05-12T11:52:31","date_gmt":"2026-05-12T09:52:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tstwp.mawis.eu\/?p=34584"},"modified":"2026-07-02T19:41:44","modified_gmt":"2026-07-02T17:41:44","slug":"jak-ziskat-identifikator-zaznamu-v-dtm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tstwp.mawis.eu\/en\/blog\/jak-ziskat-identifikator-zaznamu-v-dtm\/","title":{"rendered":"How do I obtain a record identifier in the Digital Technical Map?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Do you need <strong>a Digital Technical Map (DTM) record identifier<\/strong> for the final building inspection? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Does the building authority or other legal authority require you to provide proof that the infrastructure data has been uploaded to the DTM?\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the transition to <strong>routine operation of the DTM<\/strong>, a requirement under the Building Act came into effect, mandating that investors demonstrate that <strong>newly created or modified elements of transportation and technical infrastructure have been recorded in the DTM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This requirement is documented <strong>by a record with the identifier<\/strong> under which the infrastructure was stored in the DTM.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What has changed compared to the past?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In the past, the following was generally sufficient for final inspection:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>submission <strong>of a survey plan<\/strong> prepared by a licensed surveyor.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A geometric plan <strong>is<\/strong> no longer <strong>sufficient<\/strong>.
