The minimum scope of the register is based on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zakonyprolidi.cz\/cs\/1997-104\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Decree No. 104\/1997 Coll.<\/strong><\/a>, according to which the register must contain at least:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a list of the lengths of local roads in Classes I\u2013III,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the number and total length of bridges,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the amount of funds spent on their construction and maintenance.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A well-prepared road inventory provides:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>A detailed overview of roads,<\/strong> including their technical condition and surface types\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Records organized by type, class, and status,<\/strong> including the display of numerical codes, lengths, and areas\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Easy planning of repairs and investments<\/strong> based on actual data and priorities\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Basis for Property Settlement<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Effective management and maintenance<\/strong> of roads (e.g., winter maintenance)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>High-quality and up-to-date supporting documents for grant applications<\/strong> (e.g., IROP, SFDI)\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>We&#x27;ll take care of creating and updating the property record for you<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>If you don&#x27;t want complete property survey documentation in accordance with the law and your requirements,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>expert guidance and ongoing data updates.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The municipality
