Termination of the provision of \u00daAP data<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>As of January 1, 2026, we no longer provide the spatial planning data that we previously compiled and published on behalf of certain entities (e.g., Vltava River Basin Authority, \u010cEPS, Beroun Water and Sewerage, Strakonice Heating Plant, P\u00edsek Heating Plant, and Energie Holding).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This data is now available:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>as part of <strong>the DTM \u010cR<\/strong>, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>directly from <strong>the<\/strong> individual <strong>data owners.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. New service name: Automated Contract Creation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The service formerly known as &quot;Easement Agreement Creation&quot; is now available under a new, more descriptive name:\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 <strong>Automated contract generation<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd17 <a href=\"https:\/\/tstwp.mawis.eu\/en\/sluzby\/automatizovana-tvorba-smluv\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/tstwp.mawis.eu\/en\/sluzby\/automatizovana-tvorba-smluv\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/tstwp.mawis.eu\/en\/sluzby\/automatizovana-tvorba-smluv\/<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The service remains fully functional. The new name better reflects its automated nature when creating various types of contracts.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Transfer of DSPS to JVF DTM<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>&quot;Conversion from DSPS to JVF DTM&quot;<\/strong> service has been added to the <strong>DTM \u010cR<\/strong> section.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd17 <a href=\"https:\/\/tstwp.mawis.eu\/en\/sluzby\/prevod-dsps-do-jvf-dtm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/tstwp.mawis.eu\/en\/sluzby\/prevod-dsps-do-jvf-dtm\/<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This change makes it easier to navigate and logically links the service to the Digital Technical Maps product.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Changes to Access to Information on Parcel Owners<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>As of <strong>December 30, 2025,<\/strong> the Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre (<strong>\u010c\u00daZK<\/strong>) has revised the procedure for providing access to information about parcel owners.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This change is also important for users of MAWIS services, which contain information about parcels and allow users to click directly through to <strong>the Land Registry Viewer<\/strong> application.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new rule is that:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Information about the parcel owner will be displayed on the \u010c\u00daZK portal only after the user logs in<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Without logging in, only basic (limited) information about the property is available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, if the owner\u2019s information does not appear after you click the link, this is not a MAWIS service error, but rather a<strong> security change on the part of \u010c\u00daZK<\/strong> related to personal data protection.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you for your trust and support over the past year, and we look forward to continuing to work with you.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With the new year come several changes to MAWIS\u2019s services.
