Amendment to the Building Act (283\/2021 Coll.) &#8211; Amendment No. 87\/2025 Coll.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zakonyprolidi.cz\/cs\/2025-87?text=%C2%A7%20232\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">An amendment to the Building Act<\/a> was published in the Collection of Laws under <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zakonyprolidi.cz\/cs\/2025-87?text=%C2%A7%20232\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">No. 87\/2025 Coll., modifying Section 232 of the Building Act<\/a> concerning the approval process, which <strong>will enter into force on 1 August 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key changes:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Current practice (until 31 July 2025):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alternatively, the geodetic part of the documentation of the actual construction (DSPS) could be provided to prove compliance with the obligation towards the DTM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>New obligation (from 1 August 2025):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The geodetic part of the DSPS will no longer be accepted as an alternative means of demonstrating compliance with the obligation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The developer will be <strong>required to document the record identifier<\/strong> by which the DTI documentation was uploaded to the County&#8217;s DTM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What it means to you:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When planning the timetable for the construction of the buildings to be completed after 1 August 2025, it is necessary to allow sufficient time for the entry of the documentation into the DTM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For successful validation, it will be necessary to have the identifier of the record by which the data was uploaded to the DTM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Without this identifier, the building authority will not allow the approval<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.
