a) Providing the services ordered.
The Company processes Customers\u2019 personal data primarily in connection with the provision of services. In this case, the Company is authorized to process personal data even without the Customer\u2019s consent, as the legal basis for such processing is the performance of a contract. The provision of personal data is, in fact, a necessary requirement for the provision of the service that the Customer has ordered or used.
b) The Company\u2019s legitimate interests.
Under certain circumstances, the Company may also process personal data without the Customers\u2019 consent for its internal or other legitimate purposes. In such cases, the legal basis for processing is the Company\u2019s legitimate interests, provided they override the Customers\u2019 interests in the protection of personal data. These are situations where personal data is processed for the Company\u2019s direct marketing purposes, i.e., to offer the Company\u2019s services, as well as for complaint handling (e.g., complaints regarding the dispatch of requests), debt collection (e.g., fees for using services), internal administrative purposes, conducting analyses, risk assessment, etc.
c) Marketing.
Based on the Customer\u2019s consent, personal data is also processed for marketing purposes consisting of offering the Company\u2019s services, to a greater extent than stated above or for products of a completely different nature. (a) The right of access to personal data. The Customer has the right to obtain confirmation from the Company as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her is being processed, and if so, has the right to access such personal data and the information required by law. In such a case, the Company will provide a copy of the personal data being processed. For additional copies requested by the Customer, the Company may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs.
(b) The right to rectification. The Customer also has the right to have the Company rectify inaccurate personal data concerning him or her without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the Customer has the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
(c) Right to erasure (\u201cright to be forgotten\u201d). The Customer has the right to have the Company erase personal data concerning the Customer without undue delay if any of the grounds specified by law apply. The Customer\u2019s right does not apply if the processing of the Customer\u2019s personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation of the Company, for archiving purposes in the public interest, for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, and in other cases specified by the Regulation. (d) Right to restriction of processing. The Customer has the right to have the Company restrict the processing of their personal data if any of the grounds specified by law apply.
(e) Right to data portability. The Customer has the right to receive the personal data concerning them that they have provided to the Company in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit such data to another controller, provided that the processing is based on the Customer\u2019s consent and\/or a contract and is carried out by automated means. In exercising this right, the Customer may request that the Company transfer their personal data directly to another controller, if technically feasible.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\nG) THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT AND THE RIGHT TO OBJECT<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

(a) The right to withdraw consent. If the Customer\u2019s consent is required for any of the purposes listed above, the Customer is not obligated to grant consent to the processing; and if the Customer does grant consent, the Customer is also entitled to withdraw such consent at any time. If the Customer wishes to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data, they may contact the Company using the contact information provided above. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of the Customer\u2019s personal data in cases where the Customer\u2019s consent is not required. (b) Right to Object. If the Customer\u2019s personal data is processed for the purposes of the Company\u2019s legitimate interests, the Customer is entitled to object to such processing. In such a case, the Company must demonstrate the legitimate interests underlying such processing; otherwise, it will cease processing the personal data.

The Company cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Portal, nor can it guarantee the fault-free operation or security of the Portal. However, the Company will provide advance notice of any planned downtime on its mawis.eu<\/a> Portal. It is not liable for any damages arising from accessing or using the Portal, including any damages resulting from downloading data published on the Portal, damages caused by service interruptions, Portal malfunctions, computer viruses, or damage resulting from data loss, loss of profits, or unauthorized access to transmissions and data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
